Your Sales Order Number can be found on the top right section of your invoice. (example: SO1234)

Your estimated delivery time is generally available after 3pm on the day before your scheduled delivery date. It is updated throughout the delivery day to provide you with the most accurate information available.

We use the best technology available to ensure that your delivery will arrive on schedule, however traffic conditions, delivery delays, inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances may affect the actual delivery time. You will receive a confirmation phone call the day before delivery with a 4-hour window of time. Please understand that our time window is an estimate not a guarantee, and you should be prepared to be home during the day to accept your delivery.

Delivery Preparation Requirements:

  • - Please have the room cleared of old furniture before delivery team arrives
  • - Please have all sidewalks, stairs, and hallways cleared of any obstructions, debris, snow & ice
  • - All orders must be paid in full at the time that the orders are scheduled for delivery
  • - Please notify delivery office of any special arrangements regarding a difficult delivery

(EX: Narrow hallways and/or doorways, 2nd floor, etc.)
