Rotmans Will Be Closed Temporarily Through Tuesday, April 7th
In light of the COVID-19 crisis, Rotmans will temporarily close both our Worcester Showroom and our Clinton Distribution Center in an effort to keep our customers and staff healthy and to do our part to combat the spread of the virus. We will continue to monitor the situation and will keep you updated of any changes here.

If you were expecting a delivery or a flooring install:
We have contacted every customer to let them know we had to reschedule our deliveries and our installations. As soon as we are open, we will reach out to you to get you re-scheduled as soon as possible.
If you have a problem with furniture in your home:
Please call our customer service department and leave a message 508-438-4010. We will monitor the messages but we will not be able to schedule a service technician until we re-open.
If you are wondering if Rotmans will not reopen:
Rest assured, our company has served this community for more than 60 years and we are committed to continuing the service on which we built our reputation. We will be here for our customers as soon as possible.
If you have an existing order but your goods have not yet been received:
We will work with our shipping partners to continue to receive goods. As soon as we re-open, you will be contacted to schedule your delivery.
