Here Are Some Answers To Common Questions You May Have:
Q: Is Rotmans going out of business?
NO. Rotmans will continue to offer the area’s best selection of home furnishings to our customers throughout the New England area.Our showroom will be closed through June 15th to allow us to begin our remodel and reformat plans.
We will reopen on June 16th with a goal to improve the overall customer experience. To help accomplish this, we will be remodeling parts of the store,
changing the layout of our showroom as well as changing some of our product offerings.
Q: I have a delivery scheduled. Can I still expect it?
YES. While the showroom is closed to the public, our employees are still hard at work to take care of existing customer orders and prepare for the reopening.
You will be contacted the day before your scheduled delivery with your delivery window.
Q: I need to pick up my furniture. How do I do that?
YES. Customer pick up will still be available while the showroom is closed. Pick-up is available at the Worcester location Monday - Friday from 10am-5pm and in Clinton at our Distribution Center Tuesday through
Friday 8am – 2pm. If you are not sure where your items are located for pick-up, you can call the store for assistance 508-438-4000. Be advised we have limited staff answering the phones during the day so you may need to leave a message and wait for a call back.
Q: Can I place an order online while the showroom is closed?
YES. Please feel free to browse & shop our wide range of in-stock products that are available on the website while the showroom is closed. We will have sales team members available at times to assist if you have questions.
Q: I have a warranty on my furniture. Will that warranty be honored?
YES. Rotmans will continue to service any items for which a warranty was purchased. You can contact customer service as usual to report any warranty related issues, or call the number on your warranty card.
Q: Will Financing be available?
YES. Financing will be available during the sale. You can contact us with questions about your account or you can visit this link:
Q: I have a Rotmans Gift Card/Store Credit. Will I be able to use it?
YES. You can use your gift card or store credit now, or you can use it after we re-open.

ATTENTION: Effective May 29: The Commonwealth’s face-covering order was rescinded.
All unvaccinated residents are to continue to wear face-coverings in indoor settings and when they can’t socially distance. Please wear a mask if you are still unvaccinated.
Social Distancing is easy at Rotmans. The large nature of our showroom and distribution center make it easy to follow these guidelines. Public areas are marked to make it easy for
employees and customers alike to observe proper social distancing. Some entrances, exits, common spaces and high traffic areas may be closed to manage these efforts better.
High contact areas are still thoroughly cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and hand sanitizer is available throughout the store and distribution center.
Hygiene shields will remain installed at cashier stations and customer pick-up desks to further limit risk in contact situations.
Hand sanitizer dispensers are stationed at our entrances.
Employees with symptoms will be required to stay home. Anyone who has had contact with a person who is confirmed or suspected to have Covid-19 will be required to stay home.
You can be confident that we will be continually monitoring all of the Massachusetts State mandates going forward, and take the necessary precautions.
