We will place your items outside your front door, inside front door, or in a garage. Your items will arrive packaged or wrapped and may need assembly.
Threshold Shipping does not include placement of items in a preferred room, unpacking and unwrapping, assembly, or removal of packing materials.
Items with multiple parts may require do-it-yourself assembly. Bedding recycling not available with threshold delivery.

Your items will be carefully inspected at our warehouse before they are loaded onto one of our delivery trucks. Our delivery team will deliver your items to the room of your choice where they will perform any
assembly needed including mounting of hardware, plug in of cords and testing to ensure everything is working properly. All packaging materials will be gathered up and removed to the truck at the end of your delivery.
Due to insurance reasons, our Premium Delivery service does not include the removal or rearranging of your existing furniture, with the exception of mattresses that are set to be recycled.
This should be clearly indicated on your sales receipt.

Free Customer pick-up is available at both our Worcester, MA Showroom and our Distribution Center in Clinton, MA. Arrangements can be made for customer pickup at either location.
Please bring a vehicle with adequate space to safely transport your items. Items picked up may be in their unopened factory packaging and may require some assembly.
Rotmans regularly delivers to the areas shaded on the map. This includes most of Massachusetts, all of Rhode Island, and a good deal of Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
While we do not regularly schedule deliveries to far-western MA, southwest CT, or northern NH, VT and ME, in many cases we will be able to accommodate you with a delivery to your area.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a $50 redelivery charge if you are not at home to receive delivery on the scheduled date, unless you notify Rotmans at least 48 hours in advance.
Rotmans also offers Free Customer Pick-Up & Free Threshold Delivery on certain products. Please be aware that in many cases these items will require some customer assembly.
