Downtowns across America are undergoing massives changes. Instead of tearing down old warehouses, abandoned department stores and outdated government buildings, architects and designers have leaped into serious urban renewal and renovations to restore downtowns into exciting places to live and work. The look and feel of Denver’s downtown restoration became our designer’s sketchpad when creating this functional, uncluttered architectural design.
